"Wish I’d ordered somewhere else"
I ordered thinking the shipping would be normal, but the package ended up arriving way later than expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much. i regret placing the order here and probably won’t be ordering again.

"Refund came through, just slower than expected"
I did end up getting my refund, so it worked out in the end, but it took a bit longer than the original timeline they gave me. I reached out to support and they were decent about it, basically saying something like, “It’s still being processed, thanks for hanging in there.” Not the fastest return experience, but they did follow through.

"Pretty decent, but could be better??"
I ordered a cycling jersey from velodrome.shop and it was okay. The fabric feels decent and it does look like the photos, so that was a plus. But I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching, which was a little disappointing?? For the price, it’s not bad, but I guess I expected the quality to be just a bit better.

"Fair prices overall"
I thought the prices were reasonable for what you get. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but I didn’t feel like I overpaid either. Curious if anyone else felt the same way?

Placing the order was easy, and checkout went through quickly with no fuss. That part was all good. I do feel like there’s something that still deserves an apology, though, because the overall experience didn’t feel completely handled
